By purchasing any online training course, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Full Responsibility for Purchase

It is the customer’s full responsibility to ensure that the course they are purchasing is suitable for their needs before completing the payment. Customers must carefully read the course description, what is included, and what is not included prior to purchase.

Once a purchase has been completed, it confirms that the customer is fully satisfied with the course content and understands exactly what they are buying.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

All online training courses are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes (but is not limited to):

•⁠ ⁠Changing your mind after purchase

•⁠ ⁠Purchasing the wrong course

•⁠ ⁠Deciding the course is not suitable after accessing it

•⁠ ⁠Personal circumstances changing after purchase

Because the course materials are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, refunds cannot be offered. Customers must double-check their purchase before proceeding with payment.

3. What the Online Course Includes

The online training course includes only the learning material stated in the course description at the time of purchase. This may include video lessons, written materials, and any downloadable resources specifically listed.

4. What the Online Course Does NOT Include

The price of the online course does not include:

•⁠ ⁠Ongoing guidance

•⁠ ⁠One-to-one mentoring

•⁠ ⁠Personal feedback after completion

•⁠ ⁠Post-training support of any kind

These services are only included in face-to-face training, which is priced significantly higher due to the level of personal support provided.

5. Insurance Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are able to obtain insurance for the treatment or technique being taught before purchasing the course.

We do not guarantee that every insurance provider will accept online training. Customers must contact their chosen insurance company prior to purchase to confirm that the course will be accepted.

No refunds will be given if a customer is unable to obtain insurance after purchasing the course.

6. Access to Course Materials

Access to course materials is provided for personal educational use only. Course content must not be copied, shared, resold, recorded, or distributed in any form without written permission.

7. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing an online training course, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
